The 21st Space Operations Squadron and 50th Space Wing along with the 148th Space Operations Squadron operate high-tech antennas at the Vandenberg Tracking Station Aug. 5, 2019 at Vandenberg Air Force Base, California. While the 21 SOPS and 50 SW support ballistic missile tests and space launches from the Western Test Range, the 148 SOPS is focused exclusively on enabling satellite communications for warfighters deployed around the globe.
