Army Chief Warrant Officer Robert Owens, facility engineer technician and native of Hornbeck, La., assigned to the 47th Combat Support Hospital, tightens screws on portable partitions to allow for hospital patient privacy inside the CenturyLink Field Event Center in downtown Seattle, Wash., April 1. Approximately 500 Soldiers from Fort Carson, Co., and Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash. are setting up an Army field hospital at the center in support of the Department of Defense COVID-19 response.
