Two U.S. Army soldiers in Operational Camouflage Pattern (OCP) uniforms are conducting a respirator fit test. One soldier wearing latex gloves is administering the test by holding a large clear plastic hood over the other soldier's head, who is wearing an N95-style respirator mask. This appears to be a standard military occupational health or medical readiness procedure.
