U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Jacksonville
District, civil engineer, Manuelyne, Pagan Mercado, is one of the many
engineers of the ground conducting assessments in Florida of alternate
care sites. Engineers reach out, coordinate and assess facilities,
these assessments are the crucial first steps as the engineers prepare
to work with its federal, state and local partners in response to the
COVID -19 Pandemic.
