The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Detroit District, is working to convert the TCF Center in Detroit, Michigan to an alternate care facility with 1,000 beds spaces for COVID-19 patients. The District will adapt 250,000 square feet of space over two floors within the TCF Center. USACE is a leader in emergency operations and has unique capabilities and experience in medical facilities construction.
