MISAWA, Japan (Apr. 1, 2020) – Aviation Electronics Technician 3rd Class Norvi Cruz, assigned to the “Star Warriors” of Electronic Attack Squadron (VAQ) 209, picks up a tray of food to be delivered to personnel in a Restriction of Movement (ROM) status at Naval Air Facility Misawa. The 14 day ROM policy for all newly arriving personnel in Japan is one of the many measures instituted by the Department of Defense to stop the spread of COVID-19.
