Wiechmann, who has 27 years of military service, earned the NBK Senior Civilian of the Year Award for 2019 and was recognized for it in January. Award selection is based on an individual’s exemplary duty performance, job knowledge, leadership qualities, teamwork ethic, personal achievements, and record of serving and supporting the community.
