Kosovo Force commander Maj. Gen. Michele Risi patrols the Kosovo administrative boundary line alongside KFOR Regional-Command East personnel March 25, 2020, in the northern region of Kosovo. Risi accompanied KFOR RC-E’s joint implementation commission chief Lt. Col. Brian Stramel who schedules and coordinates joint patrols of the administrative boundary line. Serbian, Turkish, and Polish Armed Forces and the U.S. Army participate in the planning and execution of the routine patrols. Patrols along Kosovo’s administrative boundary line are a KFOR initiative that aims to ensure the safety and freedom of movement for all the people of Kosovo. (U.S. Army National Guard photo by Spc.
