Florida National Guard Soldiers from the 44th Civil Support Team and the 3rd and 20th Special Forces, assist the Florida Department of Health in screening passengers from New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut per the executive order 20-80, Emergency Management COVID-19 Airport Screening, put out by Governor Ron DeSantis on March 23rd. All persons arriving in Florida from these states are required to self quarantine for 14 days or the duration of their trip if it’s shorter than 14 days.
