Four Wisconsin citizens returned to Wisconsin at Volk Field Combat Readiness Training Center in Camp Douglas, Wis., late March 20 after a weeks-long ordeal aboard a cruise ship that had confirmed cases of COVID-19 on board, where Wisconsin National Guard personnel were waiting to transport them home.
