YOKOSUKA, Japan – Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) Sailors from the Naval Security Force (NSF) complete screenings of personnel entering the base by vehicle as part of a Health Protection Condition (HPCON) training evolution should the base go from the current HPCON B level to the stricter measures of health protection under level C, March 18. For 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
