ATLANTIC OCEAN (March 19, 2020) The shadow of an F/A-18E hornet, attached to the "Blacklions" of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 213, crosses USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) flight deck during a wave off. Ford is currently underway conducting its flight deck and combat air traffic control center certifications.
