NATO firefighters pose for a photo during the NATO Firefighter Fundamentals Course at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, March 10, 2020. The firefighters practiced various flame extinguishing maneuvers and hazard mitigation techniques in the event of aircraft mishaps on the airfield. Firefighters from Bulgaria, Latvia, Lithuania and the Czech Republic came to Ramstein to receive certification on extracting pilots and extinguishing aircraft fires.
