Military personnel in camouflage uniforms are collaboratively assembling a large tent or temporary shelter structure, holding up curved metal arch frames over a ground tarp. The activity appears to be taking place in a parking lot adjacent to a brick building, suggesting a field exercise or emergency response setup. A partially erected tan/beige tent is visible to the right, indicating this is part of a larger temporary facility installation.
