200312-N-WI365-1123 SOUTH CHINA SEA (Mar. 12, 2020) – Fire Controlman 3rd Class Amos Corchadozulla, from Carrboro, N.C., prepares M2HB .50-caliber machine gun rounds aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS McCampbell (DDG 85) prior to a live-fire gunnery exercise. McCampbell is underway conducting operations in the Indo-Pacific region while assigned to Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, the Navy’s largest forward-deployed DESRON and the U.S. 7th Fleet’s principal surface force.
