A High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) from A Battery, 5th Battalion, 3rd Field Artillery Regiment, 17th Field Artillery Brigade, launches a rocket in Yakima Training Center (YTC), Washington, during a live fire qualification range on Mar. 11, 2020. YTC is a strategically placed training center approximately 150 miles Southeast of Joint Base Lewis-McChord that provides Soldiers from the 17th FA Bde. the ability to conduct live fire exercises and simulate realistic training.
