Over 30 employers of North Carolina National Guard Soldiers learn about the aircraft their Guardsmen fly, maintain, or support during a Bosslift event sponsored by the North Carolina Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve at North Carolina National Guard’s (NCNG) Army Aviation Support Facility in Morrisville, N.C. March 10, 2020. The event gave employers a better understanding of what the Guardsmen do during their drill weekends and annual trainings; times they often have to ask their employers for time off from work.
