Marines with Expeditionary Operations Training Group perform Helicopter Rope Suspension Techniques operations from a Japanese Ground Self Defense Force V-22 Osprey at Stone Bay, Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Feb. 12, 2020.
