A warden from the Ugandan Wildlife Authority (UWA) describes developing security capabilities in the protection of one of Uganda’s conservations areas during the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA) 411th Civil Affairs (CA) Pilot Senior Leader Program (PSLP) graduation ceremony at Kampala, Uganda, March 6, 2020. PSLP was a week-long course to familiarize wardens with the course material 100 of their junior rangers learned as a part of the recurring UWA Junior Leadership Program taught by CA and a manifestation of the ongoing partnership between the United States and Uganda.
