    Sgt. William Getts, drill instructor, Company B, 1st Recruit Training Battalion, encourages recruits of Co. B to climb the ropes the correct way during the "O-course" June 15 aboard Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego. This "O-course" is a series of elevated bars, walls and logs that allow recruits to try different techniques to climb over as well as building upper-body strength.
