U.S. Army Sgt. Christian Elliott, a Greenwood, Indiana native, competes in the Skeet Olympic Trials in Tucson, Arizona March 5-8. Elliott, who is a shooter/instructor for the U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit’s Shotgun Team at Fort Benning, Georgia, finished tenth in the Trials. U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Mark Staffen, a Columbus, Ohio native who is also a shooter/instructor for the USAMU, stands behind Elliott, waiting to fire. He finished ninth in the Trials.
