    Coast Guard Capt. Drew Pearson, the Incident Commander for the Jireh Response, briefs Pedro Nieves, Chairman of Puerto Rico Environmental Quality Board, on the efforts to remove fuel and oiled cargo from the grounded 185-foot freighter Jireh June 26, 2012. A Unified Command made up of Coast Guard, Department of Natural and Environmental Resources, Puerto Rico Environmental Quality Board and other federal, state and local agencies has been working to remove the vessel from Mona Island, Puerto Rico, where it grounded June 21, 2012.
