PHILLIPINE SEA (Mar. 1, 2020) Sailors aboard the Arleigh-Burke class guided-missile destroyer USS Mustin (DDG 89) perform a foreign object debris walk down to ensure a clear lift off for an MH-60R Sea Hawk assigned to the "Warlords" of Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM) 51 during the U.S.-Japan Bilateral Advanced Warfighting Training exercise. BAWT improves interoperability between the U.S. and Japanese forces. This exercise enhances the ability of the U.S. Navy and JMSDF to work together to confront any contingency.
