    Capt. Kathryn Donovan, the commander for Task Force Stethem and the commodore of the 22nd Naval Construction Regiment, congratulates Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 7 Seabees on a successful deployment shortly after the unit handed over its camp to the Army's 62nd Engineer Battalion in a camp-turnover ceremony. NMCB 7 deployed to the Combined Joint Operations Area Afghanistan, from its homeport of Gulfport, Miss., Jan. 9, to provide a highly responsive and maneuverable engineer force and resources to conduct contingency, mobility and general engineering support operations across supported commander's lines of operation.
