Armed Forces of Liberia 1st Lt. Dessaline Allison, headquarters AFL public affairs officer and chaplain general, instructs soldiers in public affairs procedures during the AFL’s first-ever unit public affairs training at Edward Binyah Kesselly Military Barracks, April 4. Following completion of the UPAR training, Allison attended a chaplain's training course in Yorktown, Va., where he received specialized clinical pastoral care to assist his fellow soldiers within the AFL.
