Officer Candidate School (OCS) class 09-20 students at Officer Training Command, Newport (OTCN), Rhode Island, train at the Conning Officer Virtual Environment (COVE) and practice simulated ship maneuvers, Feb. 28. Navigation training provides necessary skills to safely maneuver ships.
