Sgt. Bradway Byrd of Task Force Explosive Ordnance Disposal, U.S. Army 720th Explosive Ordnance Disposal Company, approaches a simulated explosive device, Feb. 29, 2020, at the Joint Multinational Readiness Center in Hohenfels, Germany. Byrd was participating in a simulated explosive device scenario as he led a team of EOD personnel in his efforts to defuse the explosive device. The simulated scenario is one of many training exercises Byrd and Task Force EOD have participated in at the JMRC ahead of their upcoming Kosovo Force mission. Along with other U.S. Army units and NATO allies and partners, Task Force EOD will help provide a safe and secure environment to all citizens in Kosovo. (U.S. Army National Guard photo by Spc.
