    U.S. Navy Seaman Tyler McDonnell stabilizes a roleplaying casualty’s neck during the Artillery Relocation Training Program 19.4 at Hijudai Maneuvering Area, Oita, Japan, Feb 2, 2020. ARTP is a regularly scheduled training exercise conducted by several units within 3rd Marine Division.
