Tech. Sgt. Jeffrey Legaspi, an NCO in charge of electrical systems assigned to the 554th Red Horse Squadron at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, works inside a breaker panel Feb. 21, 2020, at one of the project locations on Tinian. As a part of exercise Cope North, the 554th RHS got assigned to do the community relations portion which included helping to restore some of the homes damaged during Typhoon Yutu in 2018. The team is restoring power, running water, doors, windows and are replacing electrical outlets and smoke detectors in about 26 homes affected during the storm.
