    NAVAL STATION ROTA, Spain (Feb. 15, 2020) - Utilitiesman Constructionman Julian Nuno, from Covina, Calif., assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 1, moves foundation blocks for temporary fencing of the Enriquez Street Lighting project on Naval Station Rota, Spain, Feb. 15, 2020. This project serves to increase safety at night for drivers and pedestrians. NMCB 1 is forward-deployed to execute construction, humanitarian assistance, and theater security cooperation in the U.S. 5th, 6th, and 7th Fleet areas of operation.
