Military personnel from Latvia and Kosovo discuss explosive ordnance disposal capabilities with U.S. Army Col. Eric Riley, 41st Infantry Brigade Combat Team commander Feb. 22, 2020 at the Joint Multinational Readiness Center in Hohenfels, Germany. EOD teams from Latvia, Kosovo and the U.S. Army and other partner nations, are participating in the multinational JMRC exercise Jungleer Enterprise.
