Koku Jieitai (Japan Air Self Defense Force) Lt. Yu Ono assigned to the 37th Air Control and Warning Squadron, Yamada Subbase, Japan, briefs Cope North 20 (CN20) participants at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, Feb. 17, 2020. Exercise CN20 is an annual U.S. Pacific Air Forces trilateral field training exercise with participants from the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, Japan Air Self-Defense Force and the Royal Australian air force. The primary intent of CN20 is to enhance coordination of combined air tactics, hone techniques and procedures while strengthening security and stability in the Indo-Pacific region.
