    Under the cover of darkness, an Arkansas National Guard sniper competitor participating in the 49th National Winston P. Wilson Sniper Championships assisted Spc. Max Elliott, a public affairs specialist with the Ohio National Guard, in gathering footage of night fire matches that were conducted on ranges at Fort Chaffee Joint Maneuver Training Center, Barling, Arkansas February 16, 2020.
