Crews prepare a trench for 30-foot, 2808-funded panels, in the Barry M. Goldwater Range along the U.S.-Mexico border, February 10, 2020. Yuma 2 and Yuma 10/27 will add a total of 33 miles of secondary and replacement primary border barrier. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, South Pacific Border District is providing contracting services, including design and construction oversight, of Department of Defense-funded Southwest border barrier projects in California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas at the direction of the Administration and at the request of Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection (Some personal and corporate identifiable markings have been masked for privacy reasons.
