Boatswain’s Mate 2nd Class Todd Morgan and Yeoman 2nd Class Nathan Henry from U.S. Navy Reserve Expeditionary Port Unit 105 and Marine Transportation Specialist from Military Sealift Command Europe and Africa Tom Guidice confirm soundings with a surveyor onboard M/V Endurance, a contracted vessel through Military Sealift Command. EPU 105 is conducting annual training in Bremerhaven during DEFENDER-Europe 20, working along side the U.S. Army. DEFENDER-Europe 20 demonstrates the strategic readiness of the U.S. military by exercising its ability to rapidly deploy a large combat-credible force in support of the U.S. National Defense Strategy.
