Captain Hallock “Hal” Mohler, assigned to Commander, U.S. Second fleet, meets with Battleship Operations Manager, Keith Nitka in the gallery of the Hampton Roads Naval Museum prior to going aboard the decommissioned Iowa-Class Battleship USS Wisconsin (BB-64). Mohler served aboard the Wisconsin from 1987-1991, and also served with Nitka during that time period.
