Steven Houser, an aviation electronics technician with Marine Medium Tilt Rotor Squadron-166, Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force – Crisis Response – Central Command 20.2, conduct aircraft maintenance on a MV-22 Osprey prior to Certification Exercise. CERTEX is the final evaluation exercise for the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit, serving as the Command Element, SPMAGTF-CR-CC 20.2, to ensure unit readiness to respond to a wide-range of crisis scenarios.
