YOKOSUKA, Japan (Feb. 14, 2020) – Retail Services Specialist 3rd Class Petty Officer Hakeem Fleming (left), assigned to Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka’s (CFAY) Ikego Liaison Detachment, provides information from the 2000’s during a Black History Month celebration in the CFAY Chapel of Hope. For 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
