Commissioner Oriel Ortega (left), General Director of the Panamanian National Border Service (SENAFRONT), is fitted for a flight helmet by U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer 2 James Goering (right), Joint Task Force-Bravo 1-228 Aviation Regiment, at Soto Cano Air Base, Feb. 09, 2020. Ortega visited JTF-Bravo to learn about mission capabilities and continue discussions started during the task force's participation in several events throughout Panama in 2019, including rotary-lift assistance in the Darien region in support of partner-nation agencies and Exercise Mercury.
