Air Force Lt. Col. Jeffrey Bidinger bandages and secures Senior Airman Cody McDonald's simulated hand injury in the minimum team area on the flight line during an Emergency Management Exercise on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska 21 June.
