    Over 600 personnel recently competed in the U.S. Army Human Resources Command (HRC) Healthy Heroes campaign to integrate holistic living practices within their everyday lives. Maj. Jessica Beard, headquarters and headquarters company commander, explained what senior leaders were aiming for when creating the various programs for Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) participants.
