200204-A-HZ000-1361 ARABIAN GULF (Feb. 4, 2020) A Sailor assigned to Task Force (TF) 56.1 exits the back of an MH-53 Sea Dragon helicopter as part of a yearly helocast exercise. TF 56.1 is deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations in support of naval operations to ensure maritime stability and security in the Central Region, connecting the Mediterranean and the Pacific through the Western Indian Ocean and three strategic choke points.
