    At his retirement ceremony for Col. Robert DeSousa is presented the Legion of Merit by Brig. Brig. Gen. Dan Hill at Fort Indiantown Gap, Feb. 8.  

    DeSousa spent over 27 years in the National Guard and Army Reserves as a judge advocate and was the senior judge advocate for the Pennsylvania National Guard at the time of his retirement. He lives in Harrisburg, Pa.
