Eastern Army Aviation Training Site (EAATS) conducted a change of command ceremony between outgoing commander Col. Todd Tuttle and incoming commander Lt. Col. Keith Graham on Feb. 8.
The training site is located at Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, PA on Muir Army Airfield and has been in operation since 1981. EAATS conducts National Guard Bureau directed training including individual aircrew qualification, non-commissioned officer professional education, and enlisted military occupational and additional skill identifier training on utility and cargo rotary-wing aircraft. EAATS provides the U.S. Army and international aircrew members instruction and support in formal courses of instruction as well as in flight simulation training on the UH-60, CH-47, and UH-72 aircraft. EAATS is fully accredited by The Army School System as a “Learning Institution of Excellence.”
