Scott Morgan, U.S. Defense attaché to Cameroon, speak before the official kickoff of Africa Endeavor 2012 held June 18 at Douala's Naval Base. Africa Endeavor, an annual communications joint exercise sponsored by AFRICOM, is the largest military exercise on the African continent which focuses on the interoperability of equipment and information sharing among military representatives throughout the African Union. The exercise is the sixth iteration since the first was held in South Africa in 2006.
