Frazier to Staff Sergeant following the appointment and relief ceremony of the Color Sergeant of the Marine Corps at Marine Barracks Washington, Washington D.C., Feb. 4, 2020. During the appointment and relief ceremony, Sgt. Francis S. Frazier relinquished his position as the 38th Color Sergeant of the Marine Corps to Sgt. Franklin D.
