The Fort Worth District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has completed construction of the new William Beaumont Army Medical Center on Fort Bliss in El Paso, Texas, and will turn over the facility for the next phase of outfitting. This will continue the legacy of care for military personnel and their eligible family members and the surrounding community that began in 1921.
