200203-N-DE082-2095 SEA OF JAPAN, Japan (Feb. 3, 2020) - The U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) flight deck team observes an MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter from the "Golden Falcons" of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 12 as it participates in a simulated vertical replenishment (VERTPEP) on the ship’s flight deck. Blue Ridge (LCC 19). Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy and, as 7th Fleet command ship, actively works to foster relationships with allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific Region.
