Musician 2nd Class James Caliva, a unit leader assigned to the U.S. 7th Fleet band's Orient Express, plays the drums with a music student from the Nan Hwa Secondary School during a band master class as part of a community service project. The event is part of Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Malaysia 2012. CARAT is a series of bilateral military exercises between the U.S. Navy and the armed forces of Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand.
