Kennedy (CVN-79) administers the oath of re-enlistment for thirty-nine sailors assigned to the Kennedy’s Reactor Department. The ceremony took place aboard the decommissioned Iowa-Class Battleship USS Wisconsin (BB-64). The ceremony was hosted by the Hampton Roads Naval Museum, which is located next door to the battleship. During the ceremony, 38 sailors advanced to Petty Officer Second Class, and received selective re-enlistment bonuses totaling $2,388,272.51 under the SRB and STAR programs. Pre-Commissioning Unit (PCU) John F. Kennedy (CVN-79) is the second aircraft carrier to honor John F.
